PYM is hiring a dynamic Marketing Manager to manage PYM’s digital and physical customer product experience. Applicants for this role should have eCommerce experience and a desire to influence the entire customer journey including physical product marketing. This person will be responsible for the flawless execution of marketing programs and educational materials that connect each audience with our emerging brand. Our ideal candidate has a love of storytelling as much as science, is collaborative, loves data, and is a well-organized planner.

The Marketing Manager will manage e-commerce and product communications, facilitate product and consumer research to make data-driven decisions, build and manage affiliate channels, and facilitate partnership opportunities.  


PYM is a direct-to-consumer focused consumer packaged goods mood management brand created to support humans to be the best versions of themselves. We are a fast-growing early-stage company with funding from top-tier angels and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product communications tactics to influence D2C marketing channels
  • Run A/B testing across creative, acquisition channels and landing pages
  • Facilitate product and clinical research for product marketing communications
  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing team, customer support and product to
    ensure consistent customer product experience
  • Report on performance each week and highlight areas for optimization
  • Manage affiliate relationships, including inquiries and applications, tactical execution,
    and performance
  • Facilitate partnership and business development efforts to ensure a robust pipeline of
    collaborations, events, brand and influencer partnerships, and other creative activations
  • Create and oversee community groups for product and brand feedback to conduct and ongoing customer feedback loop
  • Manage dashboards and other tools for tracking data related to community initiatives,
    in order to track ROI, measure success, and inform strategy

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Experience working with design, product and marketing teams
  • Strong storytelling capabilities
  • Ability to align campaigns from data-informed brainstorming to content
    implementation
  • Strong with data, love for reporting on KPIs, and exceptionally tech savvy
  • Technical copywriting skills

Preferred but not required:

  • Expertise (and passion) for psychology, nutrition, and/or health
  • Experience in a fast paced high-growth startup environment
  • Experience working in a regulated field
  • Ambition to change the world of mental health
